Please note the PayPal based system uses US dollars as its payment currency. Therefore you will need to ensure that you have taken the current exchange rate into account. Refund Policy and Service Guarantee:
We offer a 99.5% service availability guarantee. If you experience more than 216 minutes of un-scheduled downtime in a calendar month your next month of service will be provided at no cost. We do not provide cash refunds. We require 30 days advance notice for any termination of service.
